HAUS OF MUNROE RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

1. May I Return My Order?

Haus of Munroe offers returns on eligible hair products within seven (7) days of receiving your order.

Due to the hygienic nature of our products, all wigs, custom wig units, and custom-colored hair are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges.

Returns are only accepted on unopened bundles, closures, and frontals that remain in their original condition.

To be eligible for a return, products must be:

• Unopened
• Unworn
• Unused
• Untampered with
• In original packaging
• Protected by the original Haus of Munroe security seal

For health and safety reasons, returns or exchanges will not be accepted if the security seal has been broken, removed, or altered in any way.

Haus of Munroe is not responsible for hair that has been altered after delivery, including but not limited to coloring, bleaching, toning, cutting, chemical processing, or installation services performed by you or a third party.

Before returning any eligible item, you must contact us at hausofmunroe@gmail.com with your order number within seven (7) days of delivery. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.


2. When Will I Receive My Refund?

Once your approved return is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment.

Please note:

• Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
• Returned items must pass inspection and meet all eligibility requirements.
• Products showing signs of use, tampering, or alteration will not qualify for a refund.

Once processed by Haus of Munroe, refunds typically appear within 24–48 hours, depending on your financial institution.


3. May I Make An Exchange?

Yes. Exchanges are accepted within seven (7) days of delivery for eligible bundles, closures, and frontals only.

To qualify for an exchange, the item must remain:

• Unopened
• Unused
• Unworn
• In original packaging
• Protected by the original Haus of Munroe security seal

Hair extensions must not be:

• Unwrapped
• Combed or brushed
• Run through with fingers
• Installed
• Worn
• Cut or customized
• Colored, bleached, toned, or chemically altered

If an item does not meet these requirements, the exchange request will be denied and the product will be returned to the customer.


4. Final Sale Items

The following items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable:

• All wigs
• All custom wig units
• Custom-colored hair
• Sale or clearance items
• Installed hair products
• Any product with a broken or removed security seal

All sales on these items are final.


5. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive the wrong item or believe your order arrived damaged, please contact hausofmunroe@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

• Your order number
• Photos of the product received
• Photos of the packaging

Our team will review the issue and provide a resolution as quickly as possible.
