SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for ordering with Haus of Munroe!

To ensure your order is processed smoothly, please make sure your billing address matches the address associated with your payment method. Orders with incorrect billing information may be declined by your bank. If you see a pending charge after a declined transaction, please note that this is only an authorization attempt and will automatically be removed by your financial institution.

🚫 We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

1. How Long Are Processing, Shipping, and Handling?

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 2–3 business days, Monday through Friday.

Orders placed on Friday, Saturday, Sunday, or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Shipping Timeframes

Domestic Express Shipping
• 2–3 business days (based on destination)

Domestic Standard Shipping
• 5–7 business days (based on destination)

International Shipping
• 7–10 business days (based on destination country)

All packages are shipped via trusted shipping carriers.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.


2. When Will My Tracking Number Update?

Once your order has shipped, a tracking number will be emailed to you.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to begin updating after receiving your shipment confirmation email.

Be sure to check your spam, junk, or promotions folder if you do not see the email in your inbox.

If you have not received tracking information within three (3) business days of placing your order, please contact Customer Support.

3. Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Haus of Munroe is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, natural disasters, customs delays, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, Haus of Munroe is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If you believe your package has been lost or stolen, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.


4. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

If an incorrect address is entered and the order has already shipped, Haus of Munroe is not responsible for packages delivered to the incorrect address provided by the customer.

Additional shipping fees may apply if a package is returned to us and requires reshipment.
